Please be aware of the following:
  1. Valid "booked" reservations require payment in full before those dates are blocked out for you. Refund policies are 50% if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival.

  2. Rates vary depending on season and demand.

  3. Quoted total rate includes a $100 cleaning fee and a refundable $500.00 damage deposit which will be returned within 7 days of check-out if there is no damage. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit.

  4. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or later. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. - Keeping to this schedule allows time for our cleaning staff to get the property ready for the next arrival.

  5. Once the reservation is booked, and necessary payment is received, you will receive an information packet on the property, entry code for the door, Wi-Fi information, and other items to help make your stay enjoyable.

  6. Pets are not allowed without prior written permission.

  7. There is no smoking inside the property. When smoking outside, all refuse must be extinguished and discarded appropriately. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning of the outside areas of smoking refuse.
